You will receive an email with your order tracking number after shipping.

Shipping costs vary by country and are displayed at checkout before purchase confirmation.

RETURNS

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by an invoice.

REFUNDS

After reviewing the return, refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 14 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photographs demonstrating the problem.
