All products are described as accurately as possible. Prices include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless stated otherwise. ArteSecur reserves the right to change prices, promotions, or product characteristics without prior notice, always ensuring that such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through the website. After confirming the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Payment can be made using the methods available on the platform (credit card, bank transfer, MB Way, among others). ArteSecur only processes orders after payment has been confirmed.

6. Deliveries and Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination or stock availability. ArteSecur is not responsible for delays resulting from external factors such as carriers or force majeure events.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in the same condition as when sent, with no signs of use and in the original packaging. To exercise this right, the customer must contact customer support at artesecur@gmail.com. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defect or shipping error.

8. Warranty and Technical Support

All products sold by ArteSecur benefit from the legal warranty in force. If a product develops a fault, the customer must contact customer support for instructions on repair or replacement.

9. Liability

ArteSecur is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products or incorrect installation by third parties.
